Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date for orders placed on EmBeba.com and shipping within the United States. After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees and “duties & taxes reimbursements” will not be refunded. For orders over $50 that had free shipping, we will refund the total amount minus a shipping fee of $9.99. Please allow 5-10 business days from your receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. Please note that all sales to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses are final. How do I return an Item?
Where can I locate my return label?
Please check the email address associated with your EmBeba.com account for your return label. You can also access your return label by logging into your account and selecting View Returns for the order in your Order History. Click HERE to log into your account.
Are returns accepted if my order is shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO?
We do not accept returns from Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.
When will I see my refund?
After we receive your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method.
How will my money be returned to me?
Your payment will post to the account or card in which you used to purchase our products.
EmBeba Gift Card or EmBeba Store credit: If you paid with an EmBeba.com gift card or EmBeba store credit, you will receive the money-back as EmBeba.com store credit. Your EmBeba.com store credit will go back to your EmBeba.com account.
Paypal/Credit/Debit Cards: If you paid via Paypal, your refund will be issued back to the applicable account. If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be issued back to your card. The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card will vary. Please note that if the product is damaged, only store credit will be issued, and the store credit will be available in your EmBeba.com account.
Please note that your refund will appear as an individual credit for each item returned, so you may see multiple credits on your credit card or PayPal statement if you are returning multiple items.
