Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date for orders placed on and shipping within the United States. After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees and “duties & taxes reimbursements” will not be refunded. For orders over $50 that had free shipping, we will refund the total amount minus a shipping fee of $9.99. Please allow 5-10 business days from your receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. Please note that all sales to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses are final. How do I return an Item?

  • To create a return, please log into your account.
  • From there, view Order History, select the order in question, and then choose the item(s) you’d like to return.
  • Once done, you’ll have the option to print a shipping label and then drop the package at the closest FedEx or USPS location for return.
  • We will deduct the cost of the return from your total.
  • Click HERE to log into your account

Where can I locate my return label?

Please check the email address associated with your account for your return label. You can also access your return label by logging into your account and selecting View Returns for the order in your Order History. Click HERE to log into your account.

Are returns accepted if my order is shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO?

We do not accept returns from Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.

When will I see my refund?

After we receive your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method.

How will my money be returned to me?

Your payment will post to the account or card in which you used to purchase our products.

EmBeba Gift Card or EmBeba Store creditIf you paid with an gift card or EmBeba store credit, you will receive the money-back as store credit. Your store credit will go back to your account.

Paypal/Credit/Debit Cards: If you paid via Paypal, your refund will be issued back to the applicable account. If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be issued back to your card. The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card will vary. Please note that if the product is damaged, only store credit will be issued, and the store credit will be available in your account.

Please note that your refund will appear as an individual credit for each item returned, so you may see multiple credits on your credit card or PayPal statement if you are returning multiple items.

What items are eligible for returns?

  • Returned items will be inspected and must be returned in unopened and original condition. Damaged items will be review and only store credit will be issued.
  • Items marked as Final Sale and promotional items (e.g. free gifts with purchase, buy one get one free items) cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded unless required by law.
  • If your item was lost or damaged, you need to file a claim within 15 days after the delivery date to the carrier, as well as via EmBeba. We will work with the carrier to understand the root cause and will issue a store credit if the damage or loss was caused by EmBeba. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
